How AR Tiling uses the details you send when you ask for a quote.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode, details of the job and any photos you send.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and give you a quote.
- To arrange and carry out the work, and to invoice you.
- To keep records we're required to keep for tax.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and then performing that contract. We keep tax records because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your details or use them for marketing. We only share them with services we use to run the business, such as our email and website providers and our accountant.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email [email address]. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
